How I work with you
Starting therapy is a significant step. As an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a warm,
non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to be yourself.
I believe Therapy is a collaborative experience. We work together to explore your needs and process at a pace that feels right for you.
Using creativity and the arts in our sessions, should you choose, can facilitate a deeper awareness and
an opening up of new possibilities.

What are the sessions like?
If you choose to work with me, whether face-to-face, on Zoom or telephone, Psychotherapy is a powerful and effective way to reconnect with an understanding of yourself and your ability to make change in your life.
I offer a free initial twenty minute phone or Zoom call. This is a
no-pressure opportunity for us to talk about what you need and for you to see if I am the right person to support you.
Fee for 60 min standard session: £75

Supervision for professionals and trainees
As an experienced Clinical Supervisor, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for individuals and groups. My aim is to work alongside you to build your confidence and competence, providing space to explore your needs and process, as well as supporting your growth as a practitioner.
I work with individual Counsellors and Psychotherapists, both qualified and in training. I also have extensive experience supporting staff in high-intensity environments including Hospice Care, Social Services and Domestic Violence services.
I provide supervision both online and face-to-face, focusing on a partnership that honours your unique clinical skills and professional development.
